How to Prepare for Your Boudoir Session | Part 4 : Getting Ready the Morning of your Boudoir Session

Once you finally get to the morning of your boudoir session you're probably going to be all nerves!

Which is why you'll be happy that you packed up your bag a few days before!

Be sure to eat something the morning of the session. Typically we start in the morning, but first you'll be sitting in the hair and makeup chair for an hour or more (depending on hair length) before we even start shooting. There's nothing worse than being hungry for the whole session!

Also don't avoid drinking water. If you've been keeping hydrated the week before drinking water the morning of is not going to make you feel bloated.

Lotion up! To make sure your skin looks good you're going to want to lotion up your whole body, especially your legs.

Arrive at the session with a fresh face, no foundation or any makeup.

And most importantly: Relax. You've done the prep work. Now it's time to relax, enjoy being pampered, and getting some gorgeous glamorous shots of yourself.
