Before Gel Pens were Cool

I am so happy to not only have reuinted with my childhood best friend over the last few years but now I also get to photograph her wedding to an incredibly amazing man!!!

I'm not sure there's any honor higher than this. I feel so blessed!

We've been friends since we were six years old. (Tiff's 7th birthday!)

We've been friends since our parents picked out our clothes.... clearly her mom was more up on the styles (sorry mom, but what am I wearing??)!

We've been friends since Math Olympics was the cool thing to do (and again... the clothes!)

We used to sing "How Do I Live Without You" to each other and we did everything together -- including cheerleading. We used to chain our desks together in class with keychain rings, braid our hair together, and start clubs that did absolutely nothing. We used to play pretend and call our 'boyfriends' and once we even accidentally picked up the second phone and 'talked' to our boyfriends while her mom was leaving a voicemail on a clients message machine.

We were friends back before gel pens were cool! (Not gonna lie... I actually used some yesterday....)

And hopefully we'll be friends long enough to take many more pictures together because this last collage might be the most recent one we have! But I'm so excited that I get to make beatiful portraits of her and her husband to be, I can't believe where life has taken us all =)
