Someday Emilee is going to be famous, mark my words. You're going to hear through your radio, and I'm going to run around telling everyone my claim to fame: I got to take her senior potraits way back when!

She's played at venues around SLO county. She's skilled at guitar, ukulele and singing and song writing. She BUILT her own ukulele with her dad using reclaimed wood from their ranch. She's been working livestock at her ranch since she was 4 years old. She's beautiful, talented, and such a fun person.

I met her when I shot a wedding out at their ranch. Out of all 200 people at the wedding I found myself fast friends with her, despite our almost 10 year difference in age. She was funny, charming, energetic, and our senses of humor fit great.

She mentioned that night that she'd possibly like to me shoot her senior portaits, and I was very hopeful that it'd actually pan out.

I knew the session would be amazing, but I still knew little about her or who she was, and her talents and dreams.

So when I got to the session it was even more than I dreamed! It was so inspiring to work with her and I love the results we got!

She's a natural in front of the camera, which will treat her well with her music career!!
