Caleb has Arrived

I met Claudia and Casey a few years ago when they were pregnant with their first child. Their lives were pretty chaotic at the time as they were actually planning on moving down to the Long Beach area. So I did their maternity photos up in the Central Coast at Avila and then they took off to Long Beach. I felt so blessed that they still hired me to come down and do Cayden's newborn photos.

Luckily they relocated back to the Central Coast of California so I got to do their maternity and newborn sessions with their new little bundle of joy (Caleb) as well.

This. Little. Man.

I know, I always talk about baby fever when I'm around newborns, but I can't help it. But Caleb, he may have been above and beyond.

I got there and as is always the case, apparently he was not sticking to his normal routine (trust me parents, this always happens. We'll work through it). We started the session with Caleb, but he wasn't really having it, so instead we did a few family shots while we waited for Caleb to doze off again. And doze off he did!!!

I could not believe how well he slept! It made his session such a breeze! Check it out:
