Roxana and Victor | Atascadero Engagement

Sometimes engagement sessions are just the bees knees. They make me so giddy and happy inside.

PS, I am NOT a morning person. Getting up before 9 is an achievement. But for this shoot Roxana wanted early morning so we set the start time at 5:45am (AM people!). So I pulled myself together. I set an alarm (ok, I set 12), and I got up, threw on clothes and walked out of the house withOUT coffee (gasp). But I can't even complain because you know what... they DROVE up from LA THAT morning. Talk about dedication. These two are awesome!

And I was so giddy and excited! Maybe it was the lack of sleep. But I think more it was them, and how cute and cuddly they were, and how perfectly the early morning, and the fog, just created that cuddly vibe!

Here on the central coast of California we don't really get cold weather like other places do (and I know, we're grateful for that) but sometimes it so nice to have something different, and this shoot was MOST definitely different!

So, to all of you out there, if you wanna do a morning shoot I may have found a new love for them, plus getting up early is always a nice change of pace!
