April is Bringing Changes

Welcome to April. The 1st quarter of the year is behind us and I’m still sitting here trying to put away my Christmas decorations (ok, let’s be honest, I’m keeping them up on purpose!).

But really, this year has been a whirlwind.

In the past 20 days I’ve spent 4 days in Vegas, 1 week in Thousand Oaks, moved to a new place, decided to be super thrifty and save money throughout the month of April, and then put in an application for a boudoir studio in SLO and impulsively bought a new car.

Soooo… not so good on the saving money thing. But still, all these things are GOOD things!

And maybe next month I’ll plan on spending all the money in the world and then be opposite again and actually save.

But really, life is hectic and crazy in such a beautiful way. I’m launching full force into wedding season, and I couldn’t be more inspired or excited for my clients. I’m so excited to (hopefully) be opening a studio dedicated to boudoir, and I’m ready to make 2016 amazing for all my clients celebrating their starts to their new joined life!

I even almost have my 2015 taxes done! (<— jk, that’s nothing to be proud about.. I know I’m so far behind the ball on that one).

So here’s to 2016. Here’s to having dreams. And here’s to a new car that will reliably get me from A to B! What a novel idea!
